Cape Fear HealthNet attends the 4th Annual Mind Body and Soul Health Fair!

Cape Fear Health Net had the opportunity to attend the 4th Annual Mind Body and Soul Health Fair for the second time on April 13th, 2019. The annual health fair is sponsored by The City of Wilmington African American Commission and the New Hanover County NAACP and is held at the MLK Center downtown. It’s purpose is to highlight the health inequities that plague the Wilmington community and provide information, education, and health screenings for all those who attend. We were able to provide educational material, introduce our services to different members of the community, and network with other organizations in the healthcare field. We look forward to tabling again next year – make sure to come see us!
